Pay Range: $47-55 - W2 hourly
This role is for US citizen and Green card holders. No C2C or 1099 candidates.

Role will be *REMOTE* with normal business hours. Needs to be flexible with hours to support either early morning calls or evening calls.

Job Description:

Drives project management for technical and process improvement projects. Responsibilities include developing productivity tools, managing documentation, tracking schedules.

Scope of Work:
1. VBA Development using SAP
a. Collaborate with team members to identify manual processes that can be automated
b. Design, develop, test, and implement VBA solutions integrated with SAP tools to streamline processes
c. Document all code and provide user guides and walkthroughs where necessary
2. Invoicing process enhancement
a. Create and implement a robust and standardized invoicing process for both:
i. AeroXchange transactions
ii. Personas platform usage
b. Analyze current invoicing practices, identifying gaps, and propose optimized solutions
c. Create templates, tracking tools, and process documentation
3. Process Mapping
a. Work with team and subject matter experts to capture current workflows
b. Created detailed process map using Visio
Deliverables
• Working VBA tools integrated with SAP systems and proper documentation
• Invoicing tools/templates for AeroXchange and Personas
• Fully documented and visually represented process maps for key team functions
4. Aeroxchange Project Management
